This project transformed a former brownfield property into a modern Consolidated Department of Public Works facility to support essential city services. The redevelopment provided a safe, compliant, and well-organized operations center for vehicles, equipment, and staff that maintain Waterbury’s infrastructure. This project received the 2019 Merit Award.
