This project transformed a former brownfield property into a modern Department of Public Works facility to support essential city services. The redevelopment provided a safe, compliant, and well-organized operations center for vehicles, equipment, and staff that maintain Waterbury’s infrastructure.

Status: Completed (2019)

Background:
The site was previously contaminated and underutilized. Through environmental cleanup and site preparation, the property was restored for productive municipal use.
