This project transformed a long-vacant fire-damaged property in the Brooklyn neighborhood into a new community recreational space. The site previously held commercial buildings that were destroyed by fire in 2012. The City acquired and remediated the property, clearing the way for construction of a public park to support neighborhood recreation needs.
