Waterbury Development Corporation managed building improvements at Sullivan’s Learning Center to replace aging exterior doors, roofing, and clerestory windows. The project supports safe access, weather protection, and improved natural lighting for students and staff. Work also included related interior finish repairs and exterior updates at both street entrances. Construction is complete.
