Waterbury Development Corporation managed the roof replacement at 70 Pine Street, including abatement of hazardous materials and installation of new roofing, gutters, flashings, insulation, and asphalt shingles. The work protects the building, improves weatherproofing, and supports safe continued use. Construction was completed in Fall 2025.
