At the request of the Board of Education, Waterbury Development Corporation managed the roof replacement project at B.W. Tinker Elementary School. The work replaced aging roofing materials to protect the building, prevent leaks, and maintain a safe environment for students and staff. Construction took place from June 2024 through September 2024 and was completed on time and within budget.
