As part of the Waterbury Next Plan, this project converted a vacant, city-owned parcel on Prospect Street into a functional public parking lot to help address growing parking demand in the Downtown/Prospect Street area. The redevelopment supports nearby residents, businesses, and public facilities by increasing safe, off-street parking capacity.
