Waterbury Development Corporation is installing new solar panels at Tinker, Sprague, Wendell, Generali, and West Side schools. Over the past two years, WDC completed roof replacements and structural reviews to make sure the roofs can support the new solar panels. Electrical studies were also completed with Eversource to confirm the schools can support the new solar systems.
