This historic downtown building is being renovated after the City secured a $10M state grant to support redevelopment. Waterbury Development Corporation’s role is to oversee the project to ensure that the developer follows state guidelines and uses the funds appropriately. The renovation will return the long-vacant building to productive use and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of the downtown district.
