36 North Main Street (Odd Fellows)
The project dates back to 2018 when the City received a $10M grant towards the renovation of the historic building. WDC’s role in this project is strictly oversite to ensure the developer is following state guidelines and utilizing the funding towards the redevelopment of the building.
