909 Bank Street – After
- 909 Bank Street was once the site of numerous eating and drinking establishments throughout the years in the Brooklyn neighborhood. A fire in 2012 burned the building that sat on that particular piece of property. After the fire, funds were raised for the City to take ownership, remediate the site and provide the community with a badly needed recreational space.
- A construction contract was awarded to Mountain View. The contract received approval by the Board of Aldermen on May 13th, 2021.
- Mountain View mobilized to the site on July 14th, 2021.
- The substantial completion date for this project is December 7th, 2021.
