The largest commercial building in Downtown Waterbury has been reimagined as Post University’s Online Education Hub. The historic five-story structure, once home to the famous Howland-Hughes Department Store, was renovated to support modern office and technology needs while maintaining its architectural character. The building now features a massive lobby that serves as an active community gathering space, hosting events such as local art exhibitions and holiday programming.
