Waterbury Development Corporation is constructing a new splash pad as part of the Police Activities League (PAL) complex. Before construction, two adjacent lots were environmentally remediated to make the site safe for public use. Once complete, the splash pad will provide a new recreational space for local youth and families.
Status: Construction (expected completion February 2026)
Funding: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
