Manufacturing has occurred at this site since the 1840s, the last being Risdon Manufacturing. The City took ownership of the 3.38 acre site in 2015. The buildings burned down in 2016, and WDC received a DECD grant and publicly advertised for the demolition and debris removal in 2018.
