Time Expo

• Located in the Brass Mill Center Commons shopping complex in Waterbury, the building most recently housed the Timex Museum. NVRDC is currently in the process of finalizing a lease with a prospective tenant. Once a lease is secured, NVRDC has plans to renovate the site. An RFP was advertised for the site’s renovation and a selection was made in December 2020.
• The renovations and alterations of three floors of the building.  Including selective demolition.  Installation of the partitions, new finishes and new kitchenettes.
